When they tried to change the brake bulb they broke the cover but I wasn't informed at the time. After 3 hours waiting they said someone had gone to Euro Part to get the correct bulb but it was still not replaced. Rebook for diognosis £140 an hour.

It was all good with the servicing and customer experience. Only negative was that I had to work on laptop whilst waiting for car. The power sockets are on the floor. Anyone with a bad back or elderly would have struggled badly to use them.

It was painless but the only thing I would say is, it's the now the 4th recall we have had to have done on both my 435d and my wife's x18d. It would be nice if something was offered either a lift or a drink or even a little gift. It's my time wasted
